How to design unreinforced masonry wall with Etabs

Since there is no module in Etabs to design or check unreinforced masonry walls, a workaround is presented here. The results will be compared to an equal frame element.
The wall dimensions that will be designed are as follows:
Length L=5.00m
Height H=3.00m
Width (thickness) t=25cm
